1. The laboratory accepts samples Monday to Friday from 9:00–16:00.
2. If customers cannot deliver samples to the company themselves, a sample pick‑up service is available, with fees depending on distance (please contact the laboratory administration officer, Khun Jiranart, at 02‑290‑5090).
3. For first‑time sample submission, customers are asked to provide the physical condition and specifications of the sample so that the staff can assess whether the laboratory is capable of testing that sample (contact the laboratory administration officer, Khun Jiranart, at 02‑290‑5090).
4. Sample collection and delivery services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
5. Samples submitted for Total Plate Count testing require 3–7 business days for testing and reporting.
6. Samples submitted for Bacterial Endotoxin testing require 3 business days for testing and reporting.
